what’s web2.0 ,What’s Web standards
The term Web 2.0 is associated with web applications that facilitate interactive systemic biases, interoperability, user-centered design,[1] and developing the World Wide Web. A Web 2.0 site allows users to interact and collaborate with each other in asocial media dialogue as consumers of user-generated content in a virtual community, in contrast to websites where users (prosumers) are limited to the active viewing of content that they created and controlled. Examples of Web 2.0 include social networking sites, blogs, wikis, video sharing sites, hosted services, web applications, mashups and folksonomies.
The term is closely associated with Tim O’Reilly because of the O’Reilly Media Web 2.0 conference in 2004.[2][3] Although the term suggests a new version of the World Wide Web, it does not refer to an update to any technical specifications, but rather to cumulative changes in the ways software developers and end-users use the Web. Whether Web 2.0 is qualitatively different from prior web technologies has been challenged by World Wide Web inventor Tim Berners-Lee, who called the term a “piece of jargon”,[4] precisely because he intended the Web in his vision as “a collaborative medium, a place where we [could] all meet and read and write”. He called it the “Read/Write Web”.[5]

Web standards is a general term for the formal standards and other technical specifications that define and describe aspects of the World Wide Web. In recent years, the term has been more frequently associated with the trend of endorsing a set of standardized best practices for building web sites, and a philosophy of web design and development that includes those methods.[1]
Many interdependent standards and specifications, some of which govern aspects of the Internet, not just the World Wide Web, directly or indirectly affect the development and administration of web sites and web services. Considerations include the interoperability, accessibility and usability of web pages and web sites. Web standards, in the broader sense, consist of the following:
- Recommendations published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)[2]
- Internet standard (STD) documents published by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)
- Request for Comments (RFC) documents published by the Internet Engineering Task Force [3]
- Standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) [4]
- Standards published by Ecma International (formerly ECMA) [5]
- The Unicode Standard and various Unicode Technical Reports (UTRs) published by the Unicode Consortium [6]
- Name and number registries maintained by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) [7]
